Take your career to the next level as a Business Development Specialist with a global leader in automotive spare parts. This flexible, full-remote role includes frequent travel and the opportunity to build brand awareness across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, while strengthening relationships with distributors.
What is it about?
- Engage with key partners: Work closely with distributors, their branches, workshops, and technical schools to provide technical support and boost brand awareness.
- Share your technical expertise: Explain and demonstrate our product portfolio for personal and light commercial vehicles, with occasional support for truck and agro segments.
- Build relationships: Foster strong connections with distributors and educational institutions through regular visits and consultations.
- Lead training sessions: Conduct engaging technical training at branch locations and schools to enhance product understanding.
- Gather valuable insights: Act as the go-to contact for technical inquiries and provide market feedback to inform future product development.
- Utilize CRM tools: Plan and track your activities effectively to maintain consistent market engagement.
Who are we looking for?
- Solid technical knowledge of automotive parts, especially for personal and light commercial vehicles (truck and agro experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in technical advisory, field sales, or market support within the automotive sector.
- Strong training abilities to deliver impactful presentations and training sessions.
- Flexibility to travel 3-4 days per week across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with occasional international trips to Germany for training.
- A proactive approach, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
