What is it about?
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Gather, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of sales and financial data from various systems.
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with closing activities, ensuring data reliability, compliance, and completeness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in annual budget preparation and forecasting updates, consolidating and verifying financial information.
- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve discrepancies, suggest improvements, and enhance reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Support: Be the go-to expert for financial data inquiries and deliver insightful analytical support.
- Advanced Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, develop reports, and drive automation to streamline financial processes.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects that drive value and efficiency within the team.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial, reporting, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with tools like MS Power BI and Power Query.
- Exposure to international companies or multicultural teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
