In 2024, GoodCall celebrated 10 incredible years of transforming the Czech Republic’s job market. Founded in 2014 by Milan Novák and José Kadlec, GoodCall set out with a bold vision: to redefine recruitment by blending technology, marketing, and innovative sourcing strategies. Over the past decade, we’ve become a trusted partner for hundreds of companies, including industry leaders like T-Mobile, Coca-Cola, Siemens, and Škoda Auto, while successfully connecting more than 10,000 talented individuals with career opportunities.

GoodCall’s journey has been one of constant evolution. From the beginning, we prioritized staying ahead of the curve. The launch of the Recruitment Academy in 2014 marked a pivotal moment, allowing us to train over 30,000 HR professionals worldwide. Through expert certifications like Certified Sourcer and Certified Recruiter, we’ve equipped HR teams with tools and strategies to thrive in an ever-changing industry.

Our commitment to innovation continued with initiatives like the Recruitment Academy Awards, which recognize excellence in HR marketing and employer branding, and the ITjede.cz program, which addresses the IT talent shortage through free training and career support.

Over the years, we’ve championed diversity and inclusion, fostering a workplace that welcomes students, working mothers, and professionals from various backgrounds, including foreign nationals. In 2024, we strengthened this commitment by joining the Pride Business Forum to support the LGBT+ community in the Czech Republic.

Our embrace of technology is another hallmark of GoodCall’s success. From developing advanced ATS solutions through our affiliate, Datacruit, to authoring HR ROBO SAPIENS, a guide to leveraging AI in recruitment, we’ve consistently led the charge in integrating cutting-edge tools into HR practices.

GoodCall has also earned recognition on a global scale, appearing in the Financial Times’ Top 500 and achieving ISO 27001 certification. These milestones, combined with our partnerships with major brands and the success of our RPO services, solidify our role as a leader in the recruitment industry.

We’ve also embarked on an exciting new chapter: moving our headquarters to the Karlin district of Prague. This modern office space reflects the dynamic energy of our team and provides an inspiring environment for collaboration and growth.

While our surroundings may be new, our mission remains the same: to connect people with opportunities, empower HR professionals, and shape the future of the recruitment industry.

Expanding Our Global Reach in 2025

As we start a new decade of our business, we are determined to become the premier international business hub for RPO services, expanding our reach across Western Europe from our base in Prague. By leveraging our innovative RPO solutions and a deep understanding of global talent markets, we are transforming how companies hire top talent. We are not just filling vacancies; we are building high-performing teams that drive business success. Our data-driven approach, coupled with our commitment to exceptional client service and candidate experience, will position us as the preferred partner for organizations seeking to optimize their talent acquisition strategies and gain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving global landscape.

This is demonstrated among others by our successful project for Asahi Business Services, where we successfully hired over 200 financial specialists in Prague, effectively establishing their new branch in the region.
