Are you ready to take on the challenge of restructuring the whole billing process for a growing SSC in Prague? 

What is it about?

  • Analysing and Resolving Billing Queries: Address advanced billing queries and claims with a focus on customer satisfaction and preventing complaints.
  • Managing Billing Processes: Oversee billing thresholds, rejections, and exceptions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Creating and Reviewing Invoices: Generate billing documents in SAP via Salesforce, both manually and through automated systems. Review billing created manually and automatically, troubleshoot issues, and execute mass uploads when necessary.
  • Monitoring and Automating Processes: Supervise automatic background jobs like delivery and invoice creation, take corrective actions for failures, and perform manual tasks for certain legal entities while driving automation initiatives.
  • Updating and Creating Reports: Maintain and update sales and order processing reports, including designing new reports from scratch to meet business needs.
  • Month-End Billing Management: Monitor proof of delivery (POD) manually to ensure accurate and timely issuance of billing documents at month-end, while identifying and resolving root causes of errors.
  • Maintaining SAP Invoice Outputs: Ensure proper functionality of SAP invoice outputs for EMEA and Central American customers.
  • Executing Internal Controls: Perform internal controls related to POD, revenue recognition, and billing to uphold compliance and accuracy.
  • Improving Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to optimize and scale billing and revenue functions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in billing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (SD module), with a solid understanding of master data flow and the order-to-cash process.
  • Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: A detail-oriented, controlling-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to resolving queries and improving processes.
  • Organized and Structured: A methodical and analytical approach to tasks, with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
