What is it about?

  • Provide support for weekly and monthly recurrent reports, that require report update and data quality checks. This involves master data and transactional data migration and synchronization between systems.
  • Become a subject matter expert for internal data from various sources.
  • Master and metadata management.
  • Perform data quality checks.
  • Identify and map all data sources relevant to business use cases.
  • Define use cases on how data can be used to support data-driven decisions in cooperating with various functional teams. Translating business problems into data design.
  • When required, train key data users on best practices concerning data governance.
  • Closely cooperate with IT and other departments (commercial team, controlling finance, demand planning, supply chain).
  • Build user documentation.
  • Support projects part of master data team for internal project.
  • Support supply chain/ demand management tools and system development/continuous improvement.
  • Document content of current reports and data models as part of a data and BI major project.
  • Be power BI architect for the supply chain.
  • Gather reporting requirements and use them to build custom reports for internal customers using multiple existing tools

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst.
  • Understanding of Master data principles, focus on Semantic data management (product, customers, vendor...).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and power query knowledge.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
  • Understanding of project management and scrum approach.
  • Experience with Datawarehouse.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT (extract, transform, and load) tools and Database design.
  • Experience with ERPs (E1, Dynamics 365...).
  • Experience with Anaplan is a big advantage.
  • Intermediate understanding of statistics, (python experience nice to have)
  • Flexible, independent, and structured - No two days are the same. Understanding the long-term impact of changes in databases.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Communication skills to communicate expectations and goals both spoken and written.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
