We are looking for a PR Manager!
What is it about?
- Work closely with Mktg Manager in developing effective relationship with Key Influencers within the Czech / Slovak market including Public/Government Officers.
- Develop effective personal relationships with Journalists and Media Representatives creating an effective network.
- Organize periodically meetings with Head of local Business Units to update them about the ongoing activities and projects and agree with them initiatives and opportunities of meetings with the most important Media.
- Manage relationships with PR agency used by the Company.
- Support Mktg Manager and SECZ’s Top Management for the definition of communication strategies in case of adverse events which needs to be properly followed and managed (crisis management).
- Ensure an effective dialogue with Mktg Manager and other colleagues in order to ensure the full alignment of all activities carried out within the Department.
- Manage Crisis Communication.
- Administrate all internal processes linked to the above mentioned activites.
- Provide reporting requested by local / regional /global management.
Who are we looking for?
- At minimum Batchelor's Degree in communications, business, marketing or related fields.
- 4 or 5 years experience in Public Relations agency or Company involving public relations/corporate communications.
- Well established contacts with media and journalists.
- Fluent English
- Strong Communication skills;
- High Resistance to Stress;
- Customer Service aptitude;
- Strong orientation to results;
- Strong Planning and Organizing skills
