Production Executive

We are looking for a skilled and organized Production Executive to support the manufacturing process for retail fixtures. Join the team and contribute to exciting international projects for top global brands!
What is it about?
- Complement the project team by placing detailed orders in the ERP system (Infor M3).
- Support Production Managers to ensure timely and quality production of goods.
- Manage supplier production to guarantee quality and on-time delivery of final products.
- Oversee assembly, packing, and conduct pre-installation site reviews.
- Collaborate with design engineers, production managers, account/project managers, warehouse staff, logistic managers, and installation teams.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and perform cross-production checks.
- Prepare cost estimates and send production orders to suppliers.
- Use the ERP system to document production-related and technical information.
- Manage claims for damaged or missing components.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in production, ideally in retail fixture fabrication or a related industry.
- Technical education in furniture, mechanical, civil engineering, or architecture is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of materials and production technologies (joinery, metal works, plastics, printing, glass).
- Strong project execution skills, including sourcing and documenting information.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel. ERP systems knowledge is an advantage.
- Professional level of English (technical English a plus).
- Additional languages relevant to client needs are a plus.
