We are looking for an experienced Automation QA to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing a robust automation framework from the ground up. This framework will be foundational, enabling other Quality Assurance (QA) team members to build and expand automated tests with ease. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks who is eager to take on a key role within our QA team.
What is it about?
- Design, develop, and implement a scalable automation framework that will serve as the foundation for our QA automation efforts.
- Lead the automation efforts for all testing requirements, ensuring the framework is reliable, maintainable, and extensible.
- Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders to align on testing needs and ensure quality standards.
- Document and provide training to QA team members to effectively utilize and build upon the automation framework.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tests and framework, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Provide expertise in Playwright and SpecFlow to drive effective automation practices within the team.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proficiency in Playwright for web automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with SpecFlow and familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development methodologies.
- Strong programming skills (C#, JavaScript, or another relevant language).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot automation issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and automation best practices.
