We are seeking a SAP PP Supply Chain Business Analyst with strong experience in delivering successful end-to-end customer-centric projects. This role is part of an exciting environment where innovative ideas and initiatives are highly valued, and collaboration is key.
You will be joining a dynamic division within a large organization that is at the forefront of major SAP transformation programs, including the forthcoming SAP S/4 migration, alongside numerous ongoing supply chain projects. What is it about?
Your next job will be about:
- Participating in the design of the Production Planning processes and integration work-shops during BBP phase. Challenging the business. Closely follow-up realization, assimilation and go-live phases of the project while being careful to stay as much as possible in the template and while capitalizing on our IT solutions (SAP ECC);
- Customizing our SAP ECC according to the design of the planning processes designed in the BBP. Performing functional and technical analyses and then validating the developments provided by the development team;
- Acting as a SAP PP expert, reviewing and validating the quality of the Planning deliverables (BBP, customizing, training, …) provided by the consultants of the domain;
- Taking care of the most complex deliverables (during BBP, realization, ...);
- Participating in the definition and the execution of the integration tests;
- You will alert the Team Leader/Project Manager and the BPO when deviation from scope and template are likely to occur;
- You are in permanent contact with the BPO in order to continuously improve the Production Planning processes while capitalizing on the existing processes and IT solutions;
- You will realize/follow up the realization of the approved evolutions;
- You will participate in different committees as defined in the governance model;
- You will be located in Belgium or Czech Republic, Kenitra is also an option.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor/Master Degree in a relevant subject akin to computer science, information technology, systems engineering or computer programming;
- You have a strong knowledge (from a business and SAP standpoint) of the Production Planning (including Variant Configurator) SAP module;
- Strong knowledge of SAP APO (SNP, CTM, PPDE, GATP);
- You have experience in PP projects and preferably also in APO; exposure to ABAP debugging is an asset;
- Knowledge of Fiori and QM is an asset;
- Knowledge about the integration aspects (e.g. PP with Controlling);
- You have strong analytical skills, you are result-oriented and effective in problem solving allied with attention to detail;
- You are a team player and able to work successfully in culturally diverse environments;
- Remaining methodical and unflustered in high pressure scenarios is also an important attribute;
- You are fluent in English, French is an asset, any other European language is a plus.
