Assignment

Initially, we focused solely on short-term support for filling several dozen Business Developer positions related to team replacements and expansions. Subsequently, the collaboration evolved into a complete takeover of the recruitment agenda and management of the entire recruitment process. The company sought a partner to help: Create an effective recruitment process for the rapid identification of suitable candidates who align with the company's values. Find and hire approximately 70 brand business development experts within 1 year. 


 

Solution

We started the project with a team of two part-time working mothers who managed the recruitment of Business Developers. Due to internal changes on the client's side, we had to quickly take over the entire recruitment process. Our consultants adapted swiftly to new procedures and systems within a few weeks. 

Our RPO team gradually expanded to 5 experts—2 full-time and 3 part-time. As the client's internal recruitment team grew, the number of our consultants adjusted accordingly. We were fully responsible for recruitment across all company departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, production, back-office, IT, and others) and functions (e.g., operators, electromechanics, electricians, lab technicians, microbiologists, purchasing specialists, marketing specialists, logistics experts, commercial policy managers, finance managers, marketing managers, sales managers, etc.). Additionally, we were involved in the adoption of a new ERP system. 


 

Results

  • Our RPO consultant filled an average of 50 positions annually. 
  • We contributed to the improvement of recruitment processes
  • We ensured smooth collaboration and communication between HR departments and stakeholders across the company. 
  • We helped the HR team navigate a challenging period of internal changes. 
  • The setup and management of the internal candidate database is still in progress. 
  • We participated in an international conference attended by other divisions of the company. We met the entire Coca-Cola HBC Talent Acquisition team, which internationally comprises about 80 people from 21 countries. Together, we shared our mutual know-how. 
  • Even after four years, GoodCall continues to function as an integral part of the internal team and a partner for Coca-Cola HBC CZ & SK. Currently, we focus on continuously improving recruitment processes and supporting client growth.
