The company had decided to build a shared services centre in Prague in the spring of 2022 with about 40 employees with different language combinations. The company chose us due to our long-standing cooperation within other SSCs and positive references.

Solution

An entire team was dedicated to the project, using various resources including an internal database, LinkedIn and other social networks.

On Facebook, we reached out to several candidates within expat groups. We covered the Czech market as well as surrounding countries.

Within 3 months, we managed to fill half of all open positions including management and team leader roles. We still have a very close partnership with the company and continue to support their ongoing growth.
