Stats Perform, a global leader in collecting and analyzing sports data, needed to boost their recruitment in the Czech Republic for a short-term period (3 months). They asked GoodCall to assist them by presenting a large pool of highly skilled talent from the Czech market. 

Solution

The GoodCall team suggested our very unique "Sourcing as a Service" approach for this client. This meant that each month we sent a guaranteed minimum number of suitable candidates based on the requirements of Stats Perform. In this case it was very challenging software developer profiles. 

To start, we set a key contact person on the GoodCall side to manage all of Stats Perform’s requests. This ensured the client didn’t need to manage or supervise a recruiter, as our representative handled all coordination. 

Internally, we assigned multiple RPO consultants and sourcers who received daily briefings from the contact person to guarantee we consistently met the client’s expectations.  

Our team consisted of experts specializing in sourcing senior candidates with fluent English and expertise in QA, Python, Kubernetes, JavaScript, and Java.  

Given the limited talent pool in the Czech market, our efforts focused heavily on directly sourcing and headhunting candidates.

To attract candidates, our talent acquisition experts crafted unique messaging to effectively reach out to IT specialists – this approach not only attracted new talent but also helped raise awareness of Stats Perform, as many candidates were previously unfamiliar with the brand. 

 This strategy resulted in a response rate of 85%. 

As internal changes occurred, some position requirements evolved during the hiring process. The GoodCall team responded swiftly and flexibly, earning high praise from the client.

Our RPO consultants scoured the market and reviewed hundreds of profiles, selecting and engaging 39 who were ultimately presented to Stats Perform management.
