We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager who will be a key leader in achieving business goals. Is that you?

What is it about?

  • Creating an effective organizational structure in the assigned area by implementing modern team management methodologies.
  • Efficiently managing a team of approximately 20 people (including 2 Team Leaders as direct reports) by supporting Team Leaders in task execution.
  • Monitoring and improving the efficiency of the entire team and individual employees.
  •  Building, developing, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in communication with partners, as well as maximizing partner satisfaction in the service process.
  • Developing new solutions for acquiring new business partners.
  • Negotiating and coordinating collaboration with key partners.
  • Achieving sales targets, including reporting results and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborating with other  teams in areas such as logistics and operations to better manage the assigned area and jointly implement development projects.
  • Cooperating with the HR team, including managing employee documentation to meet formal requirements and headquarters guidelines.
  •  Coordinating administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Collaborating with counterparts in other countries and the headquarters in Berlin.
  • Supporting, motivating, and conducting training to ensure the personal development of team members.

Who are we looking for?

  • Higher education, preferably in economics or technical/scientific fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of at least 10 people in a sales/call center manager position.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment will be an additional advantage.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and a constant drive to improve efficiency.
  • Fluent communication in English. Native-level proficiency in Czech.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Self-discipline and excellent organizational skills.
  • A startup mindset with a proactive approach to building solutions and solving problems.
