Long-term RPO cooperation and on-demand RPO solutions aligned with recruitment peaks

Initially, 2N needed to replace an internal recruiter who was on a planned two-month sick leave. The company required someone to take over responsibilities for sourcing difficult-to-fill IT roles and to provide additional support for various non-IT positions, particularly in sales. This need extended to both their headquarters in Prague and international locations. 

2N chose GoodCall because of our flexible and innovative approach. Our cooperation evolved into a long-term partnership, with GoodCall becoming responsible for a wide spectrum of roles, including sales, marketing, technical positions, and language-specialized roles.  

Solution

GoodCall provided an interim RPO consultant for a total of 20 hours per week, as requested by the company. Our consultant promptly presented suitable candidates for interviews for IT roles such as Java developers or embedded C/C++ developers. For non-IT positions, we searched for sales and marketing roles, UI designers, and technical support. 


In addition to focusing on discovering talent within the Czech Republic, we also successfully placed candidates internationally, primarily across Europe and Australia. We conducted comprehensive searches and interviews for various roles including Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and other sales positions with specialized technical expertise, such as Pre-sales Technical Engineers. 

Particularly in the area of Sales positions, the model of cooperation through several RPOs, with partial allocation, without increasing the overall capacity, has proven to be successful. By having the RPO speak the language of the country fluently, sourcing conversions increased and it was possible to fill the roles in less time than using English. 


In our ongoing collaboration, we expanded our team to include up to 2 full-time consultants during peak periods, while remaining adaptable to adjust team size as necessary. Our agency has been granted exclusivity by 2N, entrusting us with filling all open positions in Prague that the internal team is unable to fill, especially managerial roles.
