Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong command of French (C1 or C2 level) and business-level English to join one of the strongest team of our client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best support and assistance.

What is it about?

  • Together with 10-14 team members you will be supporting French speaking market.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP/Oracle.
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
  • You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) or phone.

Who are we looking for?

  • Native level of French and fluent level of English language.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive).
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
